All payments for Mobile Zone Ent. non-refundable. All cancelations within 7 days of your event qualify for a no penalty rebooking within 60 days, subject to space availability. The Host will be responsible for any additional charges based on schedule. All cancelations for add-ons within 14 days of your event qualify for a refund. The Host will be responsible for designated an administrative and/or restocking fee. This amount is stated on the items RETURN and REFUND POLICY.

Question- Is there a deposit required? A- Yes there is a $50 non-refundable deposit required when booking.

Question- Do I have to book 2 hours? Yes, unless you live in Garland, Mckinney, Mesquite, Allen or Plano TX. Contact us for pricing.
Question- Does trailer have A/C & heating? A. Yes, We are climate controlled and able to book and game year-round.
Question- Is there Wi-Fi available during gaming? A- Yes, if not wanting guest to have Wi-Fi access during gaming time please add in comments when booking.
